Isaiah Crowell

Postby npowellff » Mon Dec 30, 2013 9:04 am

What is everyone's thoughts on him? I have him in a devy league, and everyone seems to like his talent, it's the other stuff that people are worried about. Where do you think he goes in the NFL draft, and where does he go in rookie drafts in standard dynasty leagues/startups, think he could be a steal in 3rd of rookie drafts and 12th-15th round of startups.

From video on YouTube he looks extremely talented. My hope is he falls to the late rounds and I can take him in the third!

There are a lot of players who are (perceived) as more talented, so unless the draft does something crazy, my guess would be that he is still there in the middle of the third in your fantasy draft.
The standard is the standard.

I think he's probably the best overall RB talent in this class. But the dude has A LOT of baggage and his current college coach questions his reliability, both on the field and off.

Most GMs are going to cross this kid off their draft board - he's talented but has a lot of issues.

I really like what i saw out of him at the combine. What are people thinking for Dynasty rookie drafts. Even with the red flags I'm thinking about taking him at the 3.02 in a 12 team superflex IDP league.

I going to go out on a limb and say talent wise he is the best RB in this years draft.

IMO he is the most talented running back in the class. He looked like an absolute freak when he was with Georgia. He dominated against weak competition this year. If he's there in the third round of my rookie draft he will be on my team. Hopefully he ends up in a situation that can get him some playing time and also solve his off field issues

I could see him being this years Christine Michael. Lots of talent but lots of baggage. If he ends up in a good situation he could really jump up.

Depending on where/when he's drafted he's going to be either the Christine Michael or the Da'Rick Rogers of 2014.

No clue what that means, but I remember watching Crowell as a freshman with Georgia and quickly having to look to figure out who he was. He was unreal the 2-3 games I saw, with the size/speed/ability you wish for.

I haven't seen much of anything since he left them, but that was all I needed to make me willing to burn a late 2nd on him. I'll be using my 2.12 if he's there.

Hoping to land him at 3.03 myself. Taking Watkins @ 1.01 and Jordan Matthews (1st choice ) or Mike Evans @ 1.03
Don't have a 2nd rounder, so hoping Crowell is there for my 3rd round selection.
