Jerome Lane

Postby Cherokee » Wed Mar 01, 2017 9:12 pm

We all have our own late round guys. My guy is Jerome Lane. He is a S/LB -WR convert. Size, Speed, Thickness, yet raw. Raw is such an overused word. In my eyes this guy can play on the big stage. I cant figure out a grade for his route running though. He was a deep threat, throw into double coverage and let him out jump everyone player. 6'3 218lbs. Im going to take him everywhere late(real late) I can and taxisquad him. He should run around 4.58 in the 40 and Im hoping around 7 in the 3 cone sub 7. My Comp is somewhere between Brice Buter and Devon Cajuste. Doesnt sound sexy I know but he is just getting started.

I have a few notes written about him from what little I could find on him, and I think your 4.58 is pretty close to what he should realistically hope for. He didn't get much separation, but makes up for it by using his body well and has great fight for the ball to go with good hands. While he may not be a burner, he is very fluid and does a good job getting in and out of breaks for his size. I definitely agree he is a guy to watch!
