any recruit Star Rating dbs/spreadsheets available?

Does anyone know of if there are any Devy Star Rating dbs/spreadsheets available on the web? I could parse ESPN/Rivals but figured i'd ask if there was already something easier to get before i spend the time.

reason i ask is that I'm looking to target bench stash's that were former 4/5 start recruits out of high school whom might have fallen in the draft, etc. Good example is Diggs...was a 5 start recruit out of high school but underwhelmed in college due to injuries hurting his draft stock.
