You got me. the one thing I've learned participating in a standard league is that you should invest your whole cap in WR's and Tight Ends and totally ignore RB.
It's not like I haven't tried. Sometimes things just don't work out, man... I spent 2 first round picks on RBs a couple years ago (Booker and Perkins) and they've obviously sucked.

You're probably right though... spending 80k on one RB when he won't put your roster over the top is probably a much better way to go than adding a bunch of high quality players at other positions.
I've drafted WR's and Tight ends. Same difference.

Tell me how i could have spent that cap better and gotten potentially more production? Bell was by far the best player available. The next 2 rb's after him aren't even close.

And lets relax with counting my team out this early. I've got tons of young players and draft picks, with plenty of time to tinker around bell.

The same could be said for half my roster, particularly my RBs. Assuming everyone stays healthy, I shouldn't even NEED elite RB production to be competitive.

Some rb production would be nice...

Yes... Ajayi should do okay.

It's also worth noting, I've offered to trade some of my WR/TE depth and/or draft picks for a RB. Nobody's really been interested. Perhaps once the season starts...
