So it turns out I actually CAN score sack yardage independently.

I just don't know how that would work in conjunction with passing yards, since sacks count against passing yards too. I don't want to "double-dip" on the penalty for sack yardage...

Interesting...

Well, if passing yards stay consistent at 1/20, then you simply make sack yards -1/20 and let it be double dipped. 1/20 * 2 = 1/10, same as rushing. That said, I think the passing yards are a much bigger issue. If passing yards switch to 1/25, then...

A 10 yard sack would be -0.4, so we'd need the "sack penalty" on that to be -0.6, to make a sack = a negative rushing play (for a RB/WR). If my quick math was correct, then a sack would need to be scored at -1/16.666667 yards.

Right...that was my thought as well. Just make it so the two add up to -1 point per 10 yards.

QB scoring is absolutely terrible in this league, but I'm done arguing it. I'll vote yes to change and punish if we get a vote. If not, I have Carr so whatever. Alex Smith is probably a better player than Julio Jones, right?

Keep it as it is... Some of us have sculpted our teams around the current QB scoring. A tweek is one thing but a total overhaul of the scoring of the highest scoring position is not a good idea, IMO.

There's going to be a lot of arguing over this...and only like half the league has even commented. So in the interests of my sanity (and to keep things moving), I'm tabling it.
