2017 Rule Change Proposal - Expand Roster to 20

Pretty simple... current roster limit is 19. The proposal is to expand to 20.

Rosters are large enough. Keep it at 19.

I agree with this....we don't need to thin out the FA pool even more

I don't see any need for expanding rosters any further. 16 teams with 19 roster spots already leaves for a pretty depleted FA pool.
