2017 Rule Change Proposal - Expand IR Eligibility

Proposal is to expand IR eligibility to include ALL "reserve" lists...as always, a player would be eligible for an IR spot if he's officially placed on any of the "reserve" lists discussed in the link below. And when the player is officially activated, he must be moved back to your active roster.

Agree...NFL teams have a number of reserve "list" designations (reserve/retired, non-football injury, etc.) but we only have one. I think all these roster designations should be eligible for IR.

Yes. I am always in favour of harsher, stricter rules, punishing laziness/bad ownership and rewarding the opposite, but injuries are generally fluky. No need to have limited IR slots imo.

Well this proposal isn't to add more IR slots...it just expands who is eligible to be placed on IR.

Ok...I think we have consensus in this thread. I'm not going to post a redundant voting thread.

Players will now be eligible to be placed on IR by their KFFL owner if they're officially placed on any of the following lists by their NFL team.

Reserve/Injured
Reserve/PUP
Reserve/NFI
Reserve/Suspended
Reserve/Retired
Reserve/Left Squad; Reserve/Did Not Report
Reserve/Military
