Probably the Seahawks, Broncos or Vikings, AKA the 2nd, 3rd and 4th most expensive Ds in the league.

I could've told the guy KC isn't worth paying that much for.

Tyrod Taylor for 30k for a backup QB....bet he doesn't finish top 15, but we all know what that bid was about, wrecking the cap normality on Qb's.

The D high bidders really think, or thought it was going to make a huge difference...It doesn't, never has in the 15 years I've been in the league so let them blow there money

I know I'll get shot down, but I REALLY hate the rookie contract structure. It's probably still better than the raw old way, but it can be so prohibitive to future roster flexibility. I'm not suggesting we get rid of penalties for whiffing on high draft picks, but maybe there are some alternatives.

On the upside for me, at least I won't have any bad high-draft picks any time soon, or maybe any draft picks at all.

Speaking of the rookie contract structure... technically, when the 4 years of their contract are up, they have no more "guaranteed" money left. But I think if the 5th year option is picked up, it should also be fully guaranteed...meaning the bonus would again be equal to the salary.

it's the only fair trade-off for cutting rookie salaries in half.

And you're only mad about this now because it's making it more difficult for you to acquire a player on a rookie deal. If this happened during the offseason when you have a lot more cap space, you wouldn't have cared.

Very minor change but allow drops all week. Couple times I've gone to do it after waivers but before 9am ET, and can't process on MFL. Forgot to come back and actually make the cut this time.

Add compensatory picks to teams who lose a player in Free Agency. Just come up with a salary structure. I lose a player for a 20k bid that I originally invested 5k in I get a second, at the end of the second round. Food for thought.

Cause there are some really crazy contracts out there...

What? You don't have the option... rookie contracts are fully guaranteed (bonus = salary).

It's the only logical way to offset the dramatically decreased rookie salaries.

Yeah I had a brain fart, I was thinking free agency.

Since the WC is determined using total points all of the "non championship" playoff seeding should be done using total points.
