I bitched about thinning the talent pool with more roster spots, But that was with the PS still intact. Without the PS, I'll have to cut promising draft picks to compete. I'm against cutting D's and k's. It's part of the game, and the cost is cheap.

Bidding on the Broncos is up to $11,000. Even with the bonus that $8,800 of a $115,000 cap. That's not high dollar but it's not cheap.

I know its not cheap, but that's record regarding D's as a cost. If your in contention, you have to pay stupid prices for any top player, Because there no places to store them like a PS.

If your starting defense and kicker don't have the same bye week, you can fill in for both byes using ONE roster spot by simply not carrying backups for both positions. The PS is only slightly different than signing a FA...you still have to come up with an active roster spot to promote a backup kicker / defense. And the fact is, you actually have one MORE active spot now.

The PS sqaud was a turnstile for player's , this will be the most boring year ever regarding player movement. In regards to Jim's snide comments, I'm in a money league, 1k entry fee, 16 team league, we have, one opening if I interested, I'll forward the details.

I think it's going to be the opposite...guys that might normally be on a roster or PS are going to be FAs instead.
