Please review and make sure your bids conform to the below or they are not considered legal:

Bids must be made using the following increments:

$100 increments until bidding reaches $1,000
$500 increments from $1,000 to 10,000
$1000 increments from $10,000 to $25,000
$2000 increments over $25,000

These bidding increments don't really make sense anymore. Maybe just a simple set % of guaranteed money increase?

No, they dont... the increments range from like 5-10%. How about we go with 5%?

10% would be easier to calculate, on the fly, for dozens of threads at once, but might be too big of jumps on larger contracts, so 5% probably makes more sense (and isn't that much harder to calculate on the fly).
