Right after this was processed I received an email from TrueDawg saying he meant to drop Tyler Gaffney instead. I can see both transactions in the log. First the drop of Patterson and then the drop of Gaffney. The problem is the Patterson drop was never deleted. Because I received the email immediately and because this was an error I've fixed the transactions on MFL.

Dropping Gaffney results in a cap penalty of $1,081 ($901 x 6 x 20%). This will be applied (270/811).
