2019 NFL draft, IDP edition

Who are you watching with the bowl games coming up, and the combine a few months away? I've read some pieces that described this year's DT class as being historically good, but the ILBs as a whole being below average.

The best I can gather from early takes is that if you need Dline this is the year. You could easily have 10+ go in the first round of the draft. The "top tier" linebackers all seem to play the run ok, but are not strong with pass coverage so I guess you can take that for what its worth. I need Dline help so I'll be spending my picks on that.

Similar to the 2017 class in terms of D-Line. Lots of top-tier edge guys, specifically (similar to Garrett, Barnett, Takk, etc)

Off-ball LB overall SUCK this year. White is a stud, will be a top-15 pick. Other than him, you've got Devin Bush who's fantastic but undersized, will probably go early 2nd round due to scarcity of the position this class. Vosean Joseph looks like a sure-fire 2nd-rounder due to athleticism, reminds me of Darron Lee (for better or worse) in that he's blazing fast but also lacks instincts oftentimes and can get baited badly.

No strong safety studs to this point, we shall see. Chauncey Gardner Johnson may be the closest thing, his tape watches a bit like fellow ex-Gator Marcus Maye. Day 2 guy.

I'm very jealous of the Darius Leonard drafters. With I had a centerpiece LB like that. Similar talents in this year's draft?

From what I've read there is no Darius Leonard in this draft. I'm focusing on WR and DL myself, and maybe TE.

Devin White is a different type of LB than Leonard, but he's a stud. Looks like Navorro Bowman in his prime.
