Derwin James Value

What is Derwin's value? I'm playing in a 16 team--13 keeper--balanced scoring, start 4 DB + 2 flex (team in sig). I've got a good chance to make the playoffs this year, but I'm not contending for a title until next year or the year after. If I wanted to trade for Derwin, what is a fair offer? Maybe the better question is should I go after him? I'm in my first year of IDP, and I haven't figured out how to project defensive statistics yet. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Id say he probably worth an early 2nd rounder, but as an owner and with your scoring I wouldnt sell him for a 2nd. For me to sell Id have to reveive a massive overpay. Hes going to be Top 3 after this season in dyno with Collins/Neal imo.

You’re only keeping 13 players total per year? I don’t care what safety we are talking about, no DB is worth a ton in that kind of format. Very replaceable position.

Derwin definitely looks like a future (maybe current) stud, but give me 85% of his production for free off the wire.

Thank you for the response. Sounds like I'll be looking elsewhere for DB help.
