Tampa 2 if you can find a team running it
But doesn't matter much, most teams only run base D 30% of snaps or so. Sub packages are king and 3-4 or 4-3 differ slightly in the difference it makes for the off ball LBs since one of those extra guys ends up rushing a lot of the time or setting the edge
