Tyquan Lewis
Thinking of picking him up and using an IR spot for him.. is he worth it? I know he was taken in the 2nd rd but the Colts have Hunt whos playing really good. Turay looks to be finding his own, Autry is healthy and also good when healthy. Just wondering if Lewis will get reg playing time or is it gonna be a rotation like in Philly? I have Hunt but dude is 32, Lewis is much younger... anybody know anything about his talent or see him in college?

Re: Tyquan Lewis
I picked him up last week and stashed him. He's today hybrid player that was one written off as a tweener.
He'll stay outside on run downs and pick up some TFLs. On pass downs he'll move inside and use his quickness against interior lineman to be a 6-8 sack guy. I thought he was a very good prospect coming out. A lot of people considered it a reach but I thought late 2nd to mid 3rd was the sweet spot for him.
I liked his tape more than Hubbard but we'll see about that one.

Thanks for the info... I grabbed him and stashed him.
I already had Hunt but hoping he can put up 40 solos and 6-8 sacks in a season if healthy. Is that a stretch? Maybe Trey Flowers like numbers?

Re: Tyquan Lewis
I respectfully disagree strongly with Space Cowboy.
I hated Lewis as a prospect, and saw him as a mid day-3 guy.
As a diehard Colts fan, I HATED the pick. Turay is the future as the 2nd DE, and Autry is the DT to own in Indy.

Re: Tyquan Lewis
Flowers, Hunt yes.....same type of player. More productive Allen Bailey, maybe like a Ray McDonald type.Kkiddynamite wrote: ↑Wed Oct 03, 2018 1:17 pm Thanks for the info... I grabbed him and stashed him.

Re: Tyquan Lewis
It's funny cause I'm in two deep IDP leagues. In my 16 team league he went early fourth (8 rounds) I think and he went undrafted in my 12 team (7 rounds). Both are 53 man rosters.lukkynumber13 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 03, 2018 1:48 pm I respectfully disagree strongly with Space Cowboy.

Re: Tyquan Lewis
This is a 40 man roster... Im pretty set at DL but thought about stashing him on IR to see what happens... have seen him play very few college snaps.. been trying to trade for a top DL with no luck so far
