LB for S trade

Postby mzkp54 » Fri Jul 27, 2018 10:38 am

Team 1 in sig. Very balanced scoring between IDP positions and offense. Obviously my LB are in bad shape. Have an offer to get Vince Williams for Jordan Poyer. What do you think?

imo Poyer is going to have the chance to be the higher scorer in 2018. Williams is a nice LB2 and has some nice scoring spikes from time to time.
With that said LB is a harder position to fill than S, so I might entertain the trade if I needed LBs as bad as your team. You can try to squeeze a deep rookie prospect with him like Oren Burks or Malik Jefferson with Williams for a top scoring safety. IF he does not go for those level guys, then maybe a lesser prospect even like Kenny Young, Skai Moore, Dorian O'Daniel. I think these 3 guys will earn some playing time at some point.
In a start 11 IDP you need to collect as many of these long shot IDP rookies as you can, and carry them as long as you can. never know when 1 might hit.
I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.

Dynasty Fantasy is not a game, it’s a full time hobby.

I think this is a lateral move. If you need a LB I could see taking the deal, but I don't think it changes your team drastically one way or the other. Go with your gut.
