Worth a stash, has great athleticism and would give the Pack some much needed coverage from the LB spot. Also wouldn’t expect much this year, expect him to be the passing down LB next to Martinez

I'm not sure Jake Ryan has a firm hold on this job at all. He played a lot down the stretch [after Josh Jones moved back to safety] but up to week 10 he had 220 defensive snaps in 2017.
The way I see the Packers is that someone has to miss out [Blake Martinez seems set of course].
If Burks wins a LB job then Josh Jones is playing safety.
If Jones wins that LB job Burks misses out and Kentrell Brice probably wins the safety job.
If Jake Ryan wins the LB job then Burks misses out and Josh Jones is back at safety.
There's no way everyone can have a good job here.

I think Burks was drafted specifically to help move Jones back to S. Burks is a dime LB all day. After watching this ILB debacle for as long as they have been there, Jake Ryan is JAG. I wouldn't be terribly upset with Jones at LB, Brice at S but I like the combo of Burks/Jones better
