Veterans poised to improve

This is the third year in a row that i'm opening this thread, with my veterans auction around the corner.

The questions is simple : who are the veterans IDP players poised to see a raise in their production, due to new situation with their teams, or having switched teams for the better or just coming into their prime ?

We're talking about players flying a bit under the radar, not IDP stars.

Who do you got ?

I've been buying Robert Quinn wherever I can. Played out of position with the LAR as a LB, I think he can return to 10+ sacks as a DE for MIA.

I would personally temper expectations on Quinn. I can't help but shake the fact that we've seen Quin have very pedestrian PPG averages after his blowup season, even when he was listed as a DE. Not sure the change of location to Miami will offer a massive uptick in production.

I'm curious to see how the LB core in Cleveland pans out. If either Kendricks or Collins end up in full time roles, I can see a significant rise in production over last year for either, and especially and obviously Kendricks. It's a risky situation however, as a rotation is more than likely based on a lot of what I have gleened, and how Schobert's role will affect them is yet to be seen.

Bruce Irvin and Markus Golden with their new DE designations. John Johnson (LAR S) seems to have a promising outlook. Mason Foster may be a little under the radar due to the injury last year.

Josh Bynes might be a starting LB for the Cardinals.

Mason Foster will most likely be a 3-down guy in Washington.

Just chiming in on Robert Quinn: The Dolphins played a strong rotation last season. 2 guys at LE and 2 at RE and gave them roughly equal snaps. I like Quinn but getting to 10 sacks from 500-ish snaps is going to be very difficult for him. Not impossible but to get there he'd need to be among the top 2 or 3 guys at that level of playing time.
