IDP Trade Value and Advice

Always run into trouble trying to figure out fair trade value for IDP players. Value for top tier IDP players is seemingly easier to nail down. When it comes to mid and lower tier guys I feel like a fish out of water (everyone seems to value these guys all over the map).

The team in my signature is a complete rebuild that I inherited as an orphan last year. One of the top teams in the league proposed a trade in which I would give up Karl Joseph, Cameron Jordan and Reshad Jones and get OJ Howard and Cam Meredith in return.

Ideally I was looking for rookie picks in the deal however the other team is tapped out (only has a 2018 5th round pick left and his highest 2019 pick is a third rounder).

Howard is a long term project that may/may not work out while Meredith has a chance to be the Saints number two receiver (ceiling). Should I be looking for more in return or I am over valuing the IDP players?

If IDP has any sort of decent scoring, that would be a ripoff trade for you. Don't do it.
