Need help to make roster cuts

I need to make some cut prior to the conclusion of the 4th preseason week for an orphan team I took over. IDP requirements are 2 DL, 3 LB, 3 DB.
Scoring is 1.5 Tackles, 0.75 Assists, 3 Sacks/Int, 2 Passes Defended

For what its worth I have Tj Watt, Sheldon Rankins and Derek Rivers all on Taxi

Currently safe on my roster are
DB - Ramsey, Ward, T Wilson, T McDonald
LB - V Miller, E Kendricks,
DL - Linval

I need to cut at least two of the following, maybe 3 depending on who else is cut from other teams.
LB - Golden, Hodges, Quinn, Ray, Spence, S Thompson, R Wilson
DL - Flowers, W Gholston, J Hughes

I was initially high on Ramik Wilson but the Chiefs trading a 4th for Ragland throws water on that. I liked Hodges in SF but everywhere I look he seems to be behind Humber on the depth chart (Humber is actually a FA).

I've tried to deal away some players but almost all league mates are totally opposed to trading for any IDP. Almost impossible to get someone to take a player without it being Von Miller for a 2018 5th round pick (that was a legit offer).

I would cut Spence and Wilson

Safe to cut bait with Sean Spence. It doesn't look good for him carving out the role we hoped for. No worries, I'm cutting him too.

Probably cut Gholston. No need for four DL with that taxi.

Gerald Hodges looks to be a depth player for Buffalo. Cut him and keep an eye on Humber's first couple starts.

From the looks of your LBs, your league is balanced in valuing the pass-rushing LBs? Robert Quinn is among my buy-lows in that format. Von is a stud. I'd assume Shaq and Ramik to join Shane Ray as your end-of-bench LBs that can be easily cut for anyone on waivers you like as an LB4/5.

McDonald and Ramsey are cuts if you ask me

Sean Spence and Gerald Hodges should be your first cuts - they aren't starting.

Your scoring looks to be on the tackle-heavy side, so I'd also be cutting Shane Ray.

Normally I'd advocate cutting Ramsey (CB) and McDonald (suspended) as well, but considering you need to start 3DBs that might not be the best plan. Who is on the WW?

DB - Peters, Grimes, McCourty, Tandy, Hyde

the passes defended helps some corners be playable. I really want NE to IR Rivers already so that could stash him and pick up Anzlone for the taxi.
