I would say that it depends who you can pick up and how easy it is for you to get startable LBs mid-season in your league off waivers. But no, he's not without value.

I say he's droppable. A healthy Perryman was always billed as a suspect 3rd down backer. A broken Perryman is a step closer to replacement territory, imo. I'd try to trade him to a rebuilding team for any draft pick you could get.
