IDP Study: Your Favorite Format

Postby bruiser » Thu Jul 20, 2017 3:05 pm

Hey, guys, I'm reviving a study that I began last year and wanted to see what (if anything) has changed in the IDP landscape. I hope you'll take a minute to answer a few brief questions about your favorite league setups, etc. The more responses I get, the better the results will be used to paint a bigger picture.

Take the survery here.

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I had an epiphany upon seeing the early results: 12 team and 16 team leagues are overwhelmingly the two biggest communities in the IDP universe. I think that 14-team startups could bridge that gap.

I don't know why I hadn't considered this before yesterday, but a 13-week doubleheader schedule playing every team in the league twice would be all too perfect. i.e. 6/14 make playoffs in a bracket weeks 14-16.

Sounds like an idea for the DLF IDP Championship this year
