WANTED!! Startup Deep Rosters IDP Focused League

I posted this in the Help Wanted sub forum as well but figured I'd do it here as well:

Looking to take on one more league to add to my others. I am an extremely active and engaged owner/commissioner and am interested in a non auction startup with deep rosters and IDP focused scoring and starting requirements. Balanced position IDP scoring is preferred. Contracts and salaries are not preferred but also not a deal breaker. Orphan teams would be a consideration as well but again, not preferred.
