Opinion on some players - dynasty cuts

I had this posted in team advice and hadn't received any response - I hope it was ok to copy it over here - I need some opinions rather quickly. TIA

16 team dynasty league - a mix of performance and bonus scoring. TE's are very valuable even if they have a hint of a chance. Here is my team and I have to make 4 cuts yet. I just cut Gary Guyton and Daryl Smith now that Smith lost his job and Guyton seems to be in on passing downs only with the rookie in there. Once your taxi is full (mine is) if you remove a player to drop or to advance to active roster, you lose the use of that taxi spot for the season. The players I am considering dropping are in red.

STARTNG LINEUPS: Each week lineups will consist of 18 total players in the following variations:
(Offensive lineup variations):
1QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K,
1QB, 1 RB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 1 K
(Defensive lineup variations):
2 DE, 1 DT, 4 LB, 2 CB, 2 Safeties
2 DE, 2 DT, 3 LB, 2 CB, 2 Safeties
You may use any combination of LB's. *(If in the future individual LB's are offered by the MFL we will be participating in using them in future years.*
Using flexible lineups allows a team's lineup to be more competitive during bye weeks by utilizing each team's strengths at various positions.
NOTICE: You must start 2 Cornerbacks AND 2 Safeties. If you are short because of a bye week you will have to go without a player for that position for that week. NOTICE: You must start 2 DE's every week. If you are short you will have to go without a player for that position for that week. Note: All players are eligible for points scored on special teams TD returns.

What do you experts think. I have been lurking around for a few months now posting here and there and I can see there is a lot of knowledge here and I don't believe any of my competitors in this league hang out here - all though this might prove me wrong. LOL

All advice is appreciated. I have until 5 days prior to the first game to make the cuts so...I belive that is this Saturday.
