Vince Williams - ILB Pittsburgh, unless they want to try Watt in the middle.

Ramik Wilson may get the full time ILB role in KC.

Gerald Hodges could snag the WLB in Buffalo.

Rotoworld has Dillon listed as a FS, and Corey Moore at SS. Think they will use them interchangeable. Meaning they will both play a little bit of FS & SS.
I'm looking for a bounce back from LB Brandon Marshall in Denver. This guy is better than his play last year.
Bought some cheap shares of Mike Adams when he signed with CAR....great spot for a high scoring FS
And a deep sleeper for me is Armonty Bryant. DE. If he can keep from getting suspended, I think he can rack up some points playing across from Ansah. And he basically free.

Emmanuel Ogbah & Shaq Lawson should be on radars. Robert Nkemdiche might even be worth a watch. Sheldon Rankins (DT req leagues) could be a steady run stuffer. I know very little about Hau'oli Kikaha, but I've heard his name mentioned A LOT. Should see reps at DE in NO this year.

The thing about Rotoworld is that they use Ourlads. And Ourlads doesn't understand Safeties. For the longest time, Geathers was listed as Indy's FS & Adams was the SS.

Jonathan Cyprien has been listed as a FS in Tennessee for a few weeks now.

Agree with the thoughts about safeties.

And Jelani Jenkins is a great buy if you ask me.

Lastly - I love Sean Spence. He's the LB to own in Indy if you ask me

You guys look at the team sites for depth chart....or is there somewhere more accurate?
I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.

Ourlads...but it really isn't accurate in the offseason. At all. It doesn't have much value at this time of the year, but it'll be increasingly accurate as training camp and the pre-season progresses and it will be pretty much 100% after week 1.

At this point they'll have guys as LB5 who will line up as a starter in week 1 of the preseason. Imo, they typically tend to be too low on rookies, but I can understand why they take that approach in the early parts of the offseason when they don't really have any reliable information to form their depth charts. Their job is to accurately reflect what the games are telling us, it's not an offseason opinion piece on how the depth chart will likely shake out.

The other problem with Ourlads [or any depth charts] is it doesnt give you any idea of usage.

Between teams and position groups some starters get ALL the snaps or just a few more than the so-called backups.

The Giants and their LBs are a good example. BJ Goodson may well be the "starter" but it's still going to be a rotation. Compared to Cleveland where Collins and Kirksey are going to be on the field every single snap.

So snap counts are always superior!

For sure. Snap pct would be a pretty sweet addition to a depth chart site/presentation to get a better understanding of predicted and actual usage. Or a depth chart where you can see where players line up in the different sub-packages with the most commonly used personnel grouping being the default depth chart rather than the "base" formation.

Right now we're looking at snap counts, depth charts and semi-updated three down linebacker overviews. It would seem that there would be a better way to combine this info to offer a depth chart with less misleading and more actionable information.

You really should plug into snap counts on an every day/week basis once the season rolls around. You'll be the only owner in your league that can stream/stash startable LBs once injuries start wrecking LB corps. Footballguys has my favorite snap count format.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.
