Valuable Roster Spots for Rebuild

So I have a rebuild team in a 16/53 team roster league. no limits on qty of position. And it is a (no limit) DEVY league so even some of the top IDP are already taken each year for the draft.
I have 1 possible 2 spots open yet and have a few players (mostly Rookies) to choose from to fill out my off season roster.
Who do you like from this list of longshot prospects available yet to add to my offseason roster. Particularly weak at LB.
the scoring system pretty much evens out the 3 positions DL/LB/DB but linebacker gets a slight nudge because of tackle/assist numbers.
who has the best chance to make an impact and who would you chose for last 2 spots and why?

Again this is a rebuild team so best 2 players.
