Help - A lot of moving pieces

For team in sig I have been trying to consolidate some assets to get one more quality RB and WR. I offered the other owner my JMatt, Thielen, Enunwa, Woodhead, Torrey Smith, Perryman, Brothers, Dunlap for his DT and Derrick Henry.

I realize this is a lot of dimes for a dollar scenario but it's what I'm trying to do in order to consolidate obviously. I feel like I might be overpaying slightly but I also realize I prob have to in order to get an owner to take on so many pieces.

For context this owner has DT, Melvin Gordon, Henry, Maclin and Winston and that's virtually it.....plus he owns 5 guys currently retired so he has the space to take on this many players without cutting anyone of real value.

Is this fair or am I nuts??

With that few top players, owner probably entering rebuild. I would think you could probably grab DT and Maclin but not Henry, Gordon, & Winston. Maybe the owner is an ageist and you get lucky with some dimes for DT?

No he says he is not going to rebuild. I asked him point blank today and he said he thinks he's got some run left which is why I sent him a few pieces that he find helpful to have as some decent options in his flex positions and as some IDP starters for his weak IDP unit.
