What is everyones opinion, in another league (not the one listed) I have the 1.11 pick, I have offered that pick straight up for Alexander. The owner says its a fair offer but wants to hang on to him, I am thinking about adding a 2018 3rd rounder on top of that. Is this too much for Alexander? He is 22 and a stud that has proven he is a top IDP LB, just dont want to severely overpay. What is everyones opinion on this offer?

I might have paid the 1.11 for Kuechly, if not for the concussions, but not for any other LB. Too much changes year to year. Look at guys like Lavonte David, CJ Mosley, Brandon Marshall, Deone Buccanon. I don't doubt that Kwon will be a good IDP asset, but unless he continues to soak up all the tackles EVERY year, you're way overpaying.

I wouldn't add to that. There are other options available if you're hell bent on making a move. Buying last years LB1 is a poor investment. You're paying top dollar. Shop elsewhere for cheaper and keep the pick.

My only comment on Kwon is that the eye test and even PFF show Kwon as an average or less LB in real life. Kwon's value is directly tied to the role he is playing that sees him with so much opportunity.
