I would be hesitant to believe that Vigil fits at SAM. He is a chase and tackle WILL by trade. Something's gotta give in Cincy because they've looked bad considering the talent they have. I reckon they are as puzzling of an underachieving unit that compares to Miami, NY Jets, and Oakland. The talent is there, albeit no leadership or poor coaching.

Burfict needs to step into a leadership role and become more responsible for the calls and assignments. I'd move him to MIKE (or SAM) and let Vigil make his mistakes on the weakside. You can't convince me that Burfict isn't more suited for those roles at his size. That front four is too good for this defense to be middle of the road.

Mock drafts that have Foster or Reddick to Cincy in the first are crazy, imo. Cincy needs a coaching staff to get busy coaching these guys and not staying loyal to underperforming veterans. There is no use drafting a project (Reddick) if you don't have a Dan Quinn-type that knows how to get the best use out of him.
