James White/Calvin Pryor for 3.32/ TJ MacDonald

I would be getting White in this deal. For my 32 team in Sig. any thoughts? Both guys were disappointing last season but TJ is a free agent. Or do I keep the pick and grab BPA when my 3.32 rolls around. Any help would be appreciated!
