I would also consider Takk McKinley, Charles Harris, Ryan Anderson, & Tim Williams in this tier but they're probably set to be OLBs

Nice poll, Lukky. I can't ignore the real possibility of Barnett and Thomas becoming LBs. Taco Charlton is the most likely to stick as a DE. However, you ask to disregard that and just vote on talent.... that's tough, but I'll go with what we've seen so far as an indicator to what I expect to see from Solomon Thomas. I could argue for any of these three, but he's the leader in the clubhouse.

As a Colts fan, I would love to see any of these 3 on my real life team. In fantasy, Charlton would seem to have highest upside possible, as a Carlos Dunlap clone. Thomas also could be great. I think Barnett will be an extremely safe prospect, but probably not much of a ceiling play compared to other First round guys.

Curious to see what people think about these three post draft. For me, Soloman and Barnett are pretty close, and Taco is definitely third.

But in this group --- Barnett. Taco should be a terrific 34 end but that doesn't translate to FF with your exceptions being Watt and Campbell. Thomas I don't see being a high impact player but could be a nice asset with a DT tag.

First of all, thanks for reviving this thread. I love to revisit my player evaluations to learn something about me.

I believe Solomon Thomas is your prototype at 4-3 base end. His position will be changing on MFL soon. If your league is DT-weighted scoring, you might want to sell him right now, and if your league devalues DT then now is a buying opportunity.

Barnett has gotten high praise and in a good situation IF he can get meaningful snaps as a rookie. All indication in Philly camp is that he's pushing Vinny Curry toward the edge of the roster. I have him second to S Thomas only because he has more veteran competition for snaps early on. He could emerge as the better play, and that would not surprise me.

Taco also landed in a good situation for dynasty purposes. Dallas has slowly been rebuilding that d-line, and it should be an above-average unit by next year. The young group there offers Taco to see meaningful snaps on the edge, and opportunity is critical to player values and stats. I still have him third here.

Barnett is looking pretty good thus far in the past two games!! Barnett all day long! I managed to pick him up in 4th rnd of our rookie draft!
