2nd Year team just looking for outside evaluations

Hey guys
I am relatively new to dynasty and IDP but this is my second season running this team and I'm just looking for some out side opinions on what my squad looks like and if I should start trying to trade my top players and go into a rebuild. A little background on the league:
- Our starting lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 1 Off. Flex, 3 LB, 3 DL, 4 DB, 1 Def Flex and a K, P and HC but I don't really worry about those last three I just kinda grab one when I need it.
- Scoring: Standard scoring, all TD = 6pts, 20 pass yds = 1pt, 10 rush yds = 1pt, 25 kickoff return yd = 1 pt, Tackle heavy scoring over big plays

LB-- Lavonte David, Jamie Collins, Malcolm Smith, Jordan Hicks, Anthony Barr, Avery Williamson, Bernardrick Mckinney, Vincent Rey, Jaylon Smith, Demarcus Ware

Overall you have a very nice team! Extremely shallow rosters tho, man I would hate that. 38 max, plus 2 IR, do I have that correct?
