So have an FFPC style scoring and roster set up 12 team league.

Startup occurs after NFL draft. Every owner is able to pick one devy during draft. No DEVY can be picked until rookie/free agent draft next off season.

My questions to those seasoned DEVY owners/commissioners:
1. DO I allow owners to trade FOR a DEVY and hold more than one DEVY on their roster at any given time?
if yes, then is there typically a MAX number of DEVY players any owner can have/hold?
Rules as they stand state no franchise can own more than one DEVY at any given time. Can trade for DEVY if do not currently have one on roster, otherwise if making deal acquiring a DEVY, must drop current one or involve in deal back to other owner.

I prefer no limit on the amount of devy's any given team can roster at a time. In my main league we have a two man taxi squad that can be used for rookie's and devy's but they can also be on the regular roster too if they exceed the taxi limit.
