How do you rank them so far?

JuJu? Fournette?

1 - Mike Williams
2 - Dalvin Cook
3 - Juju Smith-Schuster
4 - Leonard Fournette
5 - Nick Chubb
6 - Christian McCaffrey
7 - Malachi Dupre
8 - Elijah Hood
9 - Deshaun Watson
10 - Allen Lazard

Looks like a weak year for receivers. Chubb flies up to number one if he is healthy. James Conner moves on the list if he can get combat his ailment as well. Jordan Villamin - assuming he does not declare this year - also joins.

Is Malachi Dupre on the list?

I inadvertently omitted him. Updated now. Very intrigued by his upside and he has been good when given an opportunity.

Did you forget Royce Freeman, or are you really down on him?

Not a fan, personally. Think he is a pretty pedestrian talent. Did show a bit more expressiveness this year, however. Room for him to improve.

so in my league (signature 2) we are adding a single DEVY slot this year. Owners will be able to draft one DEVY player in our annual 5 round rookie/free agent draft.
1. How soon would you target a DEVY player?
2. Would your DEVY draft order be as you have listed above? Thanks.

I'd start targeting the top devy players at 1.03. 2017 looks much stronger in comparison to 2016, and it is not just nexter syndrome.

My updated list would be:
1 - Juju Smith-Schuster
2 - Nick Chubb
3 - Mike Williams
4 - Evan Engram
5 - Dalvin Cook
6 - Leonard Fournette
7 - Corey Davis
8 - Christian McCaffrey
9 - James Washington
10 - Bucky Hodges
11 - Malachi Dupre
12 - Jalen Hurd
13 - Jordan Villamin
14 - Kareem Hunt
15 - Wayne Gallman

This is a great start. Thanks. I am currently sitting at 1.09 and 1.10 so will likely try to trade into higher slot as most guys in my league will be too short sighted to realize or think that this IS the 2017 rookie draft a year early. And if can get what would be the top 3 pick in 2017 in Chubb, Juju or Mike Williams, that is money well spent

Is Evan Engram over OJ Howard? And by that much?

Also is Fred Ross, WR from Mississippi State, someone you've looked at? I could see him slowly climb these rankings and get drafted in the 2nd next year.

I think Engram is a receiver in the NFL, and I see him as the better player straight up. Just does more things well, IMO. Fred Ross is someone I need to see more. Made a lot of plays this year and is young (21 in May) for someone entering their fourth year in the program.

That makes sense, a little Funchess action happening.

I am definitely a fan of his age/stats/gameplay this year. I only ask because I'll be in a Devy startup where we can draft as many college guys as we want on a 35 man roster, so I'm looking to just mine the later rounds for talent that isn't on DLF's Devy ADP as of yet.

I messed around and made a list before I bought Nick Whalen's Devy Report - so I could compare notes. Here is my Pre-Whalen list. (I didn't mix positions onto a big board.)
Chubb (Insert injury caveat.)
Cook
Fournette
Hurd
Conner
McCaffery
Hood
Perine
Gallman
Freeman
McGuire
Hunt
Clement
Yearby
Franklin
Mixon (Would be higher on talent, but I have issues with his off-field behavior.)

Smith-Schuster
Davis
Williams
Dupre
Dural
Scott
Lazard
Villamin
Malone
Rudolph
Ford

Howard
Engram
Butt
Hodges

Watson
Kaaya
Kelly

Personally I prefer Corey Davis.
