I am in a superflex league and new to it so simply curious..

At this point in the draft process I'm not surprised that all 3 of the marquee QBs are up this high in a multi-QB format mock draft.
It will probably shake out a little different once there is a consensus top QB. Right now there is no consensus at that position, so they're lumped together while we wait for the NFL to tell us what they really think of these guys.
You should anticipate that the QB1 will go somewhere mid-1st of a 12 team superflex rookie draft. Team need could push them even higher, depending on how your league operates.

Well said, even in a 2 QB league some of these QBs look like a stretch for top 10 but a few months from now might be a totally different story.

Personally, I'd avoid Watson and Kizer and I like Trubisky, but how much is TBD.

I'm in a 2 qb league and have picks 1,2 and 3. If I can't find a deal I like I will most likely take a qb at 3.
