1.01: Jared Goff

I may be in the minority, but Goff looks like the best QB in this class and it's not close. He may not have the dual threat upside of Wentz, but he's got pretty mechanics, great footwork, a quick release and he excels under pressure.

1.02 Wentz

Big kid, big arm, good athleticism, looks to be the part of a franchise qb. Sign me up

1.03 Zeke Elliott

Clear cut RB1 in this class; 3 down back from day 1 no matter where he goes

1.04 Laquon Treadwell

Not so clear cut WR1 but safest pick.

Dude catches everything, and the combine numbers were great. Really what's not to like?

1.06 Derrick Henry

I really, really don't want Henry but after the first 5 players no one else is "safe." I'll be able to sell him after a big game or 2 during the season

1.08 Will Fuller

Under an expectation that WR talent will drop-off after Round 1, but maybe we'll have a better idea after the next 4 picks. Maybe worth noting that if I needed to address a QB situation, and this was post-draft, then I'd consider Paxton Lynch (assuming he's drafted to an opportunity for a starting role).

1.09 Corey Coleman

Love his explosion/burst. I'd love to see Cincinnati draft him and play opposite AJG.

1.10 Paxton Lynch

I wouldn't be surprised if he leapfrogged Goff over the next two months; regardless, he may be the last rookie QB to land an opportunity to compete for a starting job given the developments throughout the free agency period.
