Looking for Dynasty Startup

I am new to the site and dynasty leagues in general, but not to fantasy football. I have had some success in a few redraft leagues and am looking for a league that is active year round. I am a very active owner and am always looking for a trade but I want something to build over multiple seasons. I'm open to most formats although I would like something a bit on the simpler side for my first dynasty league, and I would prefer the entry cost to be around $20-60 per season.
