If I'm reading the message board and league info correctly, the owner assembled a mediocre team, got pissy about a trade in the league, and when it was not overturned decided to curse and leave? Are the rest of the guys fairly rational? I tend to prefer leagues with normal, knowledgeable people.

But to be honest, other than this one owner, everyone is pretty even keel. As Major_Loser said, it is a very active league with good & knowledgable owners.
