This is a superflex, 2TE, IDP, best ball league inspired by the English Premier League with annual promotions and relegations based on performance. This particular iteration features a more streamlined scoring system for offense (standard PPR with no premiums), and an amped-up system for IDP.

Owners select a franchise from a list of former and current teams spanning across the NFL, CFL, AAF, XFL, and others.

League fees are $50 annually, with a 50% deposit in the first year (to discourage "one and done" play) and a small fee going towards graphic design of the MFL page (commissioning @Mark_in_MI for team banners, division banners, and custom league skin). The league will use Leaguesafe to manage the buy-in fees.
