16 Team PPR IDP League Looking for 1 Owner

I am looking for one active owners to manage an available team in our 16 team dynasty league. League details are as follows:

- 16 team league; league play in MFL

- Player salaries and contracts; salary and contract information maintained on MFL

- 40 man active rosters (in-season; 45 man rosters off-season); 5 man practice squad rosters (starting lineups: QB, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, WR/TE, TE, DT, DE, DE, LB, LB, LB, CB, CB, S, S, DP, PK)

- Balanced scoring for offensive and defensive players

- Annual Restricted Free Agency (beginning March 1st - for players with expiring league contracts) <on hold this year - pending 1 new owner at this time>

- Annual Unrestricted Free Agency (beginning April 1st)

- Annual Rookie Draft (beginning May 1st) in myfantasyleague.com (non-serpentine, 5 rounds)

- In-season blind bids for free agents (on MFL site - weeks 1 - 15 of regular season)

- Starting 6th year of Dynasty League.

League is $5/team/year. League winner gets $10 each year. Rest of league fees covers MFL fees.

The available team is as follows:

Cleveland Browns (no rookie picks in 2019 rookie draft) - 3 2nd round picks, 3rd round pick, 4th round pick, 5th round pick in 2020, and full complement of rookie picks (1-5) in 2021 rookie draft
Young roster: QB Josh Allen, RB Derrius Guice, WR Calvin Ridley, TE Dallas Goedert, LB Tremaine Edwards, CJ Mosley,
This roster is a rebuilding project.
