the 1-3 picks in the 1st rd of the rookie draft are available
$57 league fee. Payouts are as follows.

Payouts and League Finances
100% of league fees collected (minus $70 for the MFL fees) will be awarded to teams in the following manner:
$70 - MLF Fees
$50 - 3rd Place Playoff Finisher
$200 - 2nd Place Playoff Finisher
$350 - SUPER BOWL CHAMPION
$670 - League Fees ($57 x 12 Teams)

We will likely do a dispersal draft between the 4 teams, but really it's up to the new owners to decide.
