Looking for an IDP/PPR/10 or 12 team league

Hey! I'm a 10+ year fantasy vet. I'm looking for either a startup league or an orphan team to take over. I'm active through the year thinking out the draft and moves I should make. Please let me know if you have something. I'm pretty open to different types of rules. I just don't want an auction or dispersal draft.

Is Buffalo still available? So you can only have rookies on the taxi squad?or can they stay there until you decide to call them up to the active roster?

Yes, Buffalo is still available.

The taxi squad is rookie only...once the rookie is active for a game, he is no longer eligible
