Draft picks are tradeable, Startup draft is 25 rounds slow snake draft (unless league expresses interest in fast draft) with draft order randomly decided. Startup draft follows the NFL Draft and includes 2019 rookies.

Future rookie drafts are 4 round linear drafts determined by the outcome of the season, with a 1.13 pick awarded to the winner of the consolation bracket (scores weighted according to regular season placements).

Rivalry games take place in week 13. Year 1 they will be randomly chosen. Year 2 and onward they will be selected by losers of previous Rivalry games.

Taxi Squad slots reflect the rounds of the draft and can only hold rookies. Activated rookies cannot be placed on the Taxi Squad during the season.

Playoff seeds will be top 4 records and top 2 remaining points scored. Week 14 wildcard and reseeding for week 15 based on initial playoff seeds.

Side pots:
$20 per year for Rivalry pot, won by winning 3 consecutive years of Rivalry games, split in event of a tie.
$100 per year for Empire pot, which is won when someone wins the league two years in a row.

Empire:
In the event of the Empire pot being won, the league is disbanded and can be started up again with a new Startup draft.
