New Owner Needed in minimum league safe entry fee, 12 team Salary Cap, Superflex, IDP, PPR Dynasty League

My name is Chris and I'm currently looking to fill a vacancy in a twelve team dynasty league - Dynasty Wire Football League (est. 2013). 10 of the 11 members in the league have been in the league since the origin and a new vacancy opened this year. Most of the members live in cities across the country and in a few cases overseas, and have never actually met each other face to face but maintain a healthy and regular (often humerus) chat on GroupMe. The league is relatively low cost to join with a minimal payment of $8 with the annual champion receiving a free membership the following year. Here are details of the league and team:

The team you would inherit place 7 last year, and was well managed (one place out of of playoffs due to a Victory Points tie breaker)

The team has better than normal 2019 rookie picks that includes two first rounders

Rookie picks: 1.6, 1.7, 3.6, 4.7, 5.6, 6.6

The owner will need to designate and tag players on his team to keep based on the rules and participate in a draft following the tagging process after the NFL draft is held. A new owner can make up to 3 drops with no penalty if desired.
