Do you ever throw your hands up in exasperation while watching your favorite College Football program get run into the ground and think to yourself, “Even I could do a better job than THAT!”? Do you miss the days when you could fire up NCAA Football and recruit players and build yourself a balanced roster to be competitive every year while also dealing with your players only having 4 years of eligibility?
The National Collegiate Fantasy Football (NCFF) Network may be just what you’re looking for. This 86 team NFL Dynasty league is modeled after NCAA Football to create a fantasy experience unlike anything else out there. The 86 NCFF teams are FBS programs, spread out into the Power 5 conferences (ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac 12, SEC) and a conference of “Mid-Majors” called National 16. The NCFF is entering its 6th year, having expanded

Just like in college, players only get 4 years of eligibility (beginning with their rookie season in the NFL). Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Julio Jones? Yeah, those guys graduated years ago. As head coach, it’s your job to find talent that will contribute during their eligibility window. You can redshirt up to 4 Freshmen each year to shift their eligibility window to years 2-5 of their NFL career.

To ensure that the NCFF never has trouble staying at full capacity, rather than simply maintain a waiting list we started the FCS league last year. The FCS consists of anywhere between 16 and 96 FCS teams (based on demand), broken out into 8-team conferences. Last year was year one and we had 56 teams. Through the Coaching Carousel, we’ve already had at least 13 coaches from the FCS get vacant NCFF jobs (with the potential for several more). The carousel allows coaches to rank vacant job openings in their order of preference, while the coaches themselves are ranked by their career NCFF Network wins.
We are seeking interested coaches that would like to join the NCFF Network by taking over a newly vacant FCS team or starting a brand new one (depending on demand). Expected entry for FCS is just $5 to cover MFL costs and also to pay the FCS champion’s NCFF league dues in their first year after rising to the NCFF level. If you are interested in learning more, please just comment in this thread and we will reach out with an invite to our league Slack so you can visit and ask any questions you have or officially sign up.

We have had over 30% growth each year since our 2014 inception. Last year we had over 120 people participating.
