Looking for a Deeper Devy League

I am looking for a devy league that has 7+ devy spots. It can be an orphan or a startup (preferred). Less interested in IDP, but I'll take what I can get.

We are going into year 3. We do a 10 round devy draft yearly with active rosters requiring a minimum
number of Devy's added yearly and maintaining a minimum.

Superflex and no IDP. Best Ball.

I do not take the first owner that comes along. Very selective.
