Devy rules: 20 devys per year may be rostered by the entire league. Devys taken in rookie draft with no maximum of devys owned per owner. Once the total amount of devys owned hits 20 total, they can no longer be drafted.

There will be 13 devy slots available for draft in the 2019 rookie draft. All devys can be viewed on the rosters page with a * next to their name.
