Starting a New 2011 Dynasty league

I am looking for a few owners for a new dynasty league. its a 16 team NFC league. PPR and all TD's are 6pts. teams remaining are:

St. Louis Rams
Arizona Cardinals
San Francisco 49ers
Carolina Panthers
Seattle Seahawks

o The league will consist of 16 NFC franchises.

o The length of the regular season will be 13 weeks, however teams will play full 17 game NFL schedule, with some double headers.

o The cost to own a franchise and its draft picks is $30.00 per season.

o Each team will be awarded $100 in the initial year of the franchise.

o Each team will be awarded $75 before the start of each season thereafter.

o To begin the Dynasty League there will be a 44 round draft.

o Rookies will be allowed to be picked during this year’s rounds 1-44, in the future we will only have rookie drafts.

o Each franchise will maintain an in-season active roster with a maximum of 40 players. (not including the DTS)

o Each franchise has a contract cap of 80 years, which cannot be exceeded.

o A player contract is the number of years that the player can remain on your roster without becoming a Restricted Free Agent.

o Trades between teams are unlimited.
o Once a player's contract expires, he becomes a Restricted Free Agent.
