Looking for an Experienced Dynasty Owner to Co-Manage Team (for FREE in 2018)

I am the commissioner in a league where one of the owners has completely dropped the ball. It's a higher end league too...
$205 buy-in per team. The problem is, he is all payed up for this year but said he is willing to share the team with someone who will step in and help
I am looking for an experienced dynasty owner, who is familiar with MFL leagues, trading and drafting.. and who basically can help rebuild the team. It is a 12 team league that consists of approx 7 active owners, 3 semi-active owners and 2 seasonal-mentality owners (one being this team's current owner).
The team in question is in pretty bad shape, but has a few starter worthy players (Dak, J.Gordon, Gio, Cobb, Hogan, C.Kupp, Vikings DST) it also has Guice on IR (great for 2019) and it will be the 1.01 or 1.02 most likely next year.

So, if you're up for a (FREE THIS YEAR) challenge let me know. We can discuss the terms for your participation (ie: perhaps 2/3 of 2019 paid by current owner, 2020 split 50/50 between the two of you, or you get the team free this year and he walks away.)
