Bylaws below.

Divisions-
There are 4 divisions. Each team will play their division opponents twice and every other team once. Divisions will not be used for playoff entry or seeding. They are simply for ease of schedule making. The divisions will be divided each year by points scored. 1,5,9/2,6,10/3,7,11/4,8,12 according to points scored. The inaugral year has been randomly assigned by the MFL site.

Rosters and Starting Requirements
-In season: 28 players per team
-Injured reserve: 2
- A taxi squad may be implemented after 1 year without a 2 year waiting period for normal rule change.

Starting Lineups-
1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 Flex(WR/RB/TE) and 1 Superflex QB/RB/WR/TE (any position can be used for this Superflex position, including a 2nd QB)


Weekly Lineups-
Each owner is responsible for setting their lineup every week. Every position needs to be filled. No missing players in a position. No player “out” should be started. No player on Bye should be started. An owner should start the lineup they believe will score the most points every week, regardless of the team record or players. If a position cannot be filled due to bye weeks plus injuries the commissioner may make an exception to this rule if alerted in advance.

Scoring-
It is the responsibility of owners to know the scoring. Note that it is a TE premium league. The TE’s will be given 1.5 ppr and 8.5 yards per point to make the position more relevant.

Playoffs-
The top 6 teams will advance to playoffs according to record. Overall points scored will be used for tiebreakers.

Payouts and Entry fees-
Entry fees are $20 per year + the MFL site fee split between 12 teams(approx. $6-7. 1st year will be 8 due to late registration on MFL. There will be an extra $6 this inaugral year which I will add to the prize pool) Entry fees are to be paid before the rookie draft. Payouts will be $125 to 1st place, 65 to second, 30 to 3rd place. The 0verall top scoring team on the season will be awarded $20.

Rookie Draft-
Every year there will be a Rookie Draft consisting of 5 rounds. This is intended to be an offline email type draft.
-Before the draft roster size will be increased to 38 players to accommodate draft picks.
-Draft order will be determined by reverse order of the top 6 finishers. The 5th and 6th place playoff teams will be determined by points scored during playoffs. The 6 teams to miss playoffs will be seeded according to overall point totals on the season. Lowest season total 1.01, 2nd lowest 1.02, etc.

Roster Reduction-
Rosters will be reduced to 30 players at the beginning of NFL training camp. Rosters will be reduced to 28 players 24 hours after the last preseason game.

Waivers after Rookie Draft-
After the Rookie draft, waivers will begin for the new season. You may fill up your rosters to 38 players.

Waivers during Season
-Blind bidding will be used for waivers.
There will be no first come first serve.
All free agents are locked from pickup except by blind bidding waivers.
Every year at the end of the fantasy season blind bidding dollars will be refilled.
Once your blind bidding dollars are used up, you will no longer be able to pick up free agents.
-If you accidently drop a player, it is the owners responsibility to IMMEDIATELY text or email the commissioner for review.

Trades-
-Trades will be processed without a waiting period subject to the time it takes the MFL site to process the trade.
-Three way trades are legal. Consult the commissioner when final deal is agreed upon by all parties.
-Players cannot be traded after their game starts. A player is locked from trading until after the Monday night game.
-Future picks may be traded. Please be responsible and plan to stay in the league if you trade future picks.
- Blind bidding dollars may be traded.
- If there is a concern over the integrity of a trade please consult the commissioner.
-No conditional trades are allowed.
- No two part trades are allowed. IE, I send you player X this week and you send me player Y later. Or I send you player X this week and you send him back in week Y.
-No trades involving any outside the league influences, IE picking up shifts, 6 packs of beer, a cigar, etc.
-No flip flopping. A player should not generally be traded back within the season. This is not a 100% black and white rule, but the commissioner should be involved and made aware of the trade so it can be reviewed.
-If you misclick and accept a trade, you are responsible for IMMEDIATELY texting both your trade partner and the commissioner and asking for it to be reviewed. Owners are responsible for knowing the status of the players involved in the trade, injury, supsensions,etc. Buyers remorse will not be deemed acceptable reasons to overturn trades nor will, “I didnt know they were injured!”
-If a trade has been proposed, and players in the trade’s status changes(injury/suspension/etc), it is the responsibility of the owner making the trade to withdraw the trade. However, it is in the best interst of all parties to NOT accept trades when such situations happen.
-The commissioner has the right to overturn a trade.

Offseason-
The league will be suspended between the end of the Fantasy Playoffs until 1 week before the NFL draft. No waivers will be available during this time. No trades will be available during this fantasy offseason. One week prior to the NFL draft trades will be available. No waivers will be available until after the Rookie/veteran player pool draft.


Changes
-If lineup or scoring changes are made, owners will be given 2 seasons to prepare for the changes.

Sportsmanship-
-Owners are free to run their team as they see fit.
-Owners are responsible for starting what the believe to be the best lineup every week
-Accepting trades quickly after players in the trade offer’s status changes is very poor sport. The offering owner is responsible for the trade, but taking advantage of other owners in this way is not how we are looking to run this league.
-Every loophole cannot be accounted for. The commissioner will be responsible for rulings in gray areas.
